Install is a little tedious but worth it. It's a whole new car. The amount of confidence when shifting is worth it.

all the YouTubers are correct. This shifter is very well built. The change in the play between the stock and acuity is extremely different. I don't have the cable bushings, so there is like a mm of play side to side, but absolutely no play up and down. Personally, i don't have the need to shift fast since I don't race, so I have it in the longest throw setting and it is still shorter than oem. Def recommend for commuter drivers

This fully adjustable short shifter from Acuity COMPLETELY changes the way your car feels while driving. The shifts are much more solid, direct, and shorter than the mushy stock shifter. Installation is fairly easy, it's just a little time consuming, removing the center console, and adjusting the shifter to your own personal liking. But once it's done, it makes driving your 10th gen Civic so much more enjoyable and engaging. Definitely one my favorite mods/upgrades I've done to my car that's not related to power or cosmetics. And don't forget to complete the upgrade with the Acuity shifter cable bushings.
