“Install was quick and easy, noise level and sound with stock exhaust is just about PERFECT. Tone is very deep and very refined in every rpm. Noise level inside cabin is very similar to stock which I think is perfect. (There are small burbles incase anyone is wondering with catted downpipe and stock exhaust) for me, I don't care about the burbles, as long as it performs well and it does, the feeling is slight, but the car pulls a lot more smoothly. I would recommend getting the catted/catless downpipe that retains the factory heatshield and use it. Don't use heat wrap as yes, it does work, but it can potentially prematurely fail your exhaust component by trapping moisture and excessive heat making it brittle. It happened to a couple of my friends, and I have a Ls swapped Z31 with hooker headers that this happened to.”
“Man I think I said PRL catless downpipe 100 times since I installed this must have upgrade for any hard core performance enthusiast....the power of L15B7 was unleashed with this part ....it’s mated to the stock FP And a 3inch FP back injen exhaust sounds amazing .burbles have become pops and you have them on demand ....just blip the throttle....while it’s winding down in any gear any rpm it’s seriously addictive.....made audio recordings just to hear without driving ......yeah I know”
