“Finally installed the PRL Cobra CAI for my 1.5T Sport Hatch. Install took just under 2 hours. You MUST remove the skid plate for easy installation. Two Step Performance delivered it fast. The intake does not disappoint! You hear the intake pulling the air to the turbo every time you step on it! Added a Ktuner v1.2 later the same day with the TSP Stage 1. Definitely a hot hatch now!”
“This is the only CAI I have tried for my 10th gen Civic Sport Hatch. Love the sound and whatever extra HP gains it might actually give (Also have KTuner for race tune). Only reason its not a 5 star is the installation process is a pain in the ass. Other than that great product would recommended.”
“So I originally had the Short Ram intake... big mistake, the short ram intake actually negatively affected my driving experience in the midrange and top-end due to the hot air in the engine bay. I upgraded to the cobra and the difference is substantial! The SRI creates more turbo sound and is an easier install, but neither of those can make up for the ineffectiveness of the product. Trust me, the CAI is the way to go. PS, 60 degree weather + Cobra makes any 10th gen a even more of a joy to drive!”
“Purchased the Si Race MAF PRL Cobra intake. I had originally replaced the OEM air box with a K&N Typhoon, but noticed fuel trims were all over the place & also had a lot of heat soak. Cobra install was very straight forward & looks, sounds & performs amazingly well. Fuel trims now remain very stable & heat soak issue greatly reduced. Very impressed with build quality & function of this CAI. Highly recommend, but just be aware Race MAF requires a tune.”
