“Went from my Injen CAI to the Cobra CAI with the Street intake size. I previously had some fuel trim issues with my Injen intake, especially in rainy weather or after washing my car (very odd situation). The installation of that intake also required removing the bumper (though I bet there could be a work around from their instructions). But with the Cobra CAI, no bumper removal needed, and the fuel trim seems better than previously for me!
The tubing was a bit difficult to install for me at some points, mainly at the filter end. But it was doable in the end. The intake is made of hard plastic, so not too bad (the Injen was metal with was nice) - but the tubing is much wider for way more air flow compared to my previous intake. If you're upgrading from stock, the difference would be very noticeable in regard to sound. I am excited to get finally get a tune on my car with this CAI and a new exhaust (soon-ish), likely the TSP Stage 1 tune. Would def recommend this CAI!”
