Catback Exhaust for 2017+ Honda Civic Si Coupe [FC3] Reviews

5 Rating 5 Reviews
Excellent exhaust! One of the lightest available on the market for this platform, weighing in just under 32lbs. Only the HKS kit is lighter, that I know of, but the HKS is much louder. It's actually quite amazing that Remark made such a smooth-sounding and livable exhaust with only a single straight-through muffler. Cruising and city driving is not overbearing with drone (though there is a hint of drone when coasting around 2500rpm), and when you get on the throttle it really wakes up. Loud enough to get the good kind of attention, quiet enough to avoid the bad kind. Even with the stock downpipe you can get some pops here and there with low-speed gear changes, and an aftermarket downpipe really makes it lively. Fitment is sublime, and the appearance is choice. Highly recommended.

Excellent exhaust, and fairly priced. I've tried a few other exhaust systems for the 10th gen Si sedan (AWE, Skunk2), and this one is my personal favorite among them. It does neck down to about 2.5" or so at the front pipe flange, but if that is a serious concern for you, it can be replaced with a standard 3-bolt 3" flange at any competent exhaust shop. It's also worth noting that this is one of the lightest exhaust systems for the 10th gen Si out there, weighing in at a mere 31.8lbs. DSPORT Magazine has a must-read 10-kit 10th gen exhaust comparison and they gave the Remark exhaust the highest overall scoring among the lot. I have to agree with them! All of my following impressions of this kit were made over several months of use with a PRL high volume down pipe, PRL 3" front pipe and a complete (6 piece) complement of polyurethane exhaust hangers. Install was painless as far as exhausts go, and the fitment is fantastic. It does not seem to hang too low, and unlike some other dual-tip kits this one doesn't look like a giant pair of truck nuts. The tone is refined, fairly deep, quite smooth, and noticeable but not obnoxiously loud. Highway cruising is comfortable - the exhaust makes its presence known but is subdued enough while cruising that you don't need to raise your voice to have a conversation. Under throttle it definitely wakes up. Cold starts are somewhat loud, but should not annoy the neighbors. Decibels levels under all conditions seem to be within legal limits. There is a faint hint of drone on off-throttle coasting between 2200-2500rpm, but it is hardly noticeable. I've actually had to point out the drone to passengers for them to notice it. It truly just sounds like a slight peak in the volume, rather than teeth-shaking resonance. For an exhaust system with a SINGLE muffler, this is beyond impressive. Highly recommended!

Perfect for my 19 FC1 without breaking the bank! Usually you don't wanna go cheap with these kind of things or you risk sounding like a beehive. With this exhaust it's not an issue! It sounds twice as loud as stock when you get on it, but barely louder when cruising. If you were a fan of the invidia q300 with prior gen civics, you'll like this!

This is a great exhaust if you're not looking to be very loud. Lighter than OEM. Dyno run published by an outside company showed no drop in power throughout the curve. What little drone there is does not bother me, or I don't really notice it (disclaimer, I am have a 62A RMM). It just sounds great without having to worry about upsetting the neighbors
