“I bought a used UBCO Adventurer last year. It had low miles and was in very good shape. It drove like a dream and I was excited to take it out in the woods next spring. I went to start it the other day but it would not turn on. I charged the battery but still it would not turn on. I called UBCO customer service and talked to Jason about my dilemma. He advised me based on what I told him that it was probably the VMS that went bad. He checked to see if the bike still had a warranty but it was passed. He said he could send me instructions on replacing a VMS if I wanted to try and change it myself. I received the instructions and called to tell him ok I would go ahead and buy a new VMS. Jason got right back to me and told me he could send it overnight. The VMS arrived and I installed it with not issues. Jason called me to see how it went and I told him great. The Adventurer runs perfect now. Not only did Jason help me solve the issue but he went above and beyond checking on me and made sure I understood everything about the bike.
