This is the third system I have installed at my farm and the neighbors farm. Rural country living with little or nothing as far as cell service. Went from that to full service with high speed internet all thru my cell service. Couldn't be happier and such a easy install and truly plug in the cord to the wall outlet and done. The guys there are so helpful on the phone if you have any questions or install problems. Highly highly recommended.

Hello Roger,I'm sorry to hear that you're not getting much coverage from your DB Pro Yagi Kit. Signal boosters work a lot like a megaphone where if you whisper into the megaphone, you only get a very small noise coming out. If you yell into the megaphone, you get this big booming noise. So if your existing outside signal is very weak, you'll only get a small coverage area inside.Because your DB Pro comes with a directional outside antenna, the most important things you can do are to make sure that the outside antenna is aimed properly, and make sure you have enough separation between the antennas so that you can turn the dials all the way up on the amplifier. Aiming the outside antenna is covered on page 3 of the user guide under the heading "Find the Strongest Cellular Signal" and then the "Best method" section. Even if you know the direction of the tower, it's still a good idea to go through the aiming process. If the dials can't be turned up all the way because the lights turn red, that means the antennas are too close together, so you're not using the full power of the amplifier. If you have any questions or if there's anything we can do to help, give us a call at 800-590-3564.

I live in Utah, up in the mountains, and get almost no signal at my house. Every once in a while a call would make it through, but most of the time the phone wouldn't even ring. And I certainly couldn't make outbound calls...no chance whatsoever! I decided to try out the Wilson DB Pro Yagi kit, on the off chance that it might let me receive more than just the occasional call. After receiving the system and putting the basic pieces in place, the signal has already jumped up by 2 to 3 bars!! I haven't even gone through and aimed the yagi antenna perfectly yet! On top of that, I can even surfe the Internet on my phone. Never have I been ever able to do that before. I highly recommend this kit to anyone who lives in a rural area and has very weak reception. This kit is THE BEST! *This review is from the previous version of this product.

Let me first start by saying that this kit has indeed improved the signal in my home by multiple bars. In fact, it has actually exceeded my expectations from a signal boosting standpoint. Unfortunately, the kit itself did not include everything that I think a full kit should, specifically a lightning surge protector and a better mounting kit (with a pole) for the yagi antenna. While I was able to purchase those items separately, and they worked fine, it would have been nice to have them included as well. *This review is from the previous version of this product.

This kit just works. The tech at UberSignal helped me narrow down my choices to the Wilson db pro. I got it, installed it myself, and my cell signal was instantly better. I think it probably took me about an hour to install, including getting out a ladder and climbing onto the roof. Highly recommend. *This review is from the previous version of this product.

My two story house has always had bad cell phone reception and I never knew there was something I could do about it until a friend told me about cell phone boosters. After talking to both the UberSignal and the Wilson customer service people it became clear that because of the weak signal outside and the size of my house (almost 3000 square feet) I should be looking at the DB Pro line. The final decision was between the Omni-directional antenna and Yagi kits. For me, it came down to the space required between the indoor and outdoor antennas. Because the omni-directional antennas transmit in all directions, Wilson said it you ideally want between 50 and 75 ft of separation between the inside and outside antennas. That’s a really long way and is difficult in a two story home! So I decided to go with the Yagi antenna since it only requires 15 to 20 ft of separation. Apparently, the only reason that you might not want to use a Yagi is because you need to support multiple cell phone carriers and their towers are in opposite directions. This is because a Yagi antenna is directional and needs to be aimed in the general vicinity of the cell phone tower. While installing the system, we had to play with the Yagi positioning and the location of the inside antenna until we were happy with the performance. I now get signal in every corner of my house and on each floor. I’m incredibly impressed by this kit and wish that I had gotten it sooner. *This review is from the previous version of this product.
