“At this time the outside antenna is only temporarily mounted on the railing on my front porch. The signal for my iPhone 6 with Verizon as my carrier has improved at least 150%. I am able to make calls, receive calls and text photos. Once it is installed on my roof I’m sure I’ll be at 4 bars or better. Thanks UberSignal!!! ps: the reason I purchased from you was the complete refund of my purchase price if it didn’t work out.”

“This works awesome I only had 1 bar that would go in and out now I have 3 bars - the only thing that I couldn’t get to work was being able to find the best signal using my phone like the direction said - so I just moved the antenna around until I had 4 green bars”

Hello James, I'm glad to hear that the Home 4G is working well for you! It sounds like you were able to find an antenna position that gives you the coverage area you need which is great. If you ever want to try re-aiming the antenna, check out our article about how to do it here: https://www.ubersignal.com/how-to-aim-yagi-directional-outside-antenna. The article is for a yagi antenna but it'll work just fine for a directional panel also. Let us know if there's anything else we can do to help!

“It is awesome I have 4g service all in the house and even outside. Before I put the booster in all I could get 1 or sometimes 2g. Unit mounted on the wall and I have omni antenna mounted on a 30 ft tower it is worth its money. I went from almost no service to 4g any place in plus up to about 20 ft outside.”

“Buying the weBoost 470101 4G signal booster kit from ubersignal was the best decision we ever made! Now I can actually make calls anywhere in my house! No more keeping the phone in the window so it will ring or going outside to talk. I highly recommend this product!”

I'm sorry to hear that the Home 4G isn't working well for you. As a smaller booster, you definitely need a decent outside signal in order for the system to work properly and ideally the "outside" antenna should be outside and not on the inside of a window. We do have the 30 day return policy if you would like to send it back. Just give us a call at (800) 590-3564 and have the serial number of the system and we can generate a return authorization for you.
