The people here are really helpful, I recently found out that I can't use the current products I purchased in my motorhome. I probably would have made some serious mistakes if not for their pro active tech support team. This is a team that wants to make the correct sale of the correct product the end users application.

Haven't tried it driving yet, so not sure how it will perform in motion, but it works well living stationary out of our bus for the summer. Doesn't work miracles, but it does what it says it will and boosts the signal. Had -95 to -107db around us, the booster bumped it up to -76db or so. We can now actually use the internet reliably on our phones, so long as we stay within a few feet. Only annoyance is that it occasionally swaps between cell towers trying to get LTE, which doesn't work, before popping back to 4g. Wish it would settle on the most reliable one rather than searching, but if that's the only drawback, I'd still recommend this to friends in a heartbeat. Installation was straightforward and easy enough as well.

Purchased this to help with signal inside our Airstream. We also do volunteer work in locations with poor signal, So far working good, but we are in a good signal location. Increases in interior reception noted, maybe two bars.

One of the small antenna rods twisted off easily during installation. Also, the cable connection from the outside antenna separated from the female head at the amplifier. After making the needed repairs the booster set worked well. Bottom line is that materials seemed somewhat flimsy. You need to pay more attention to more ruggadizing of the components.

Hi Billy and thank you for your review. Just a few quick clarification points: The antenna rods (radials) are designed to be unscrewed, so you should use the included threadlocker to permanently lock them into the antenna, once they're screwed in. That will ensure that they don't twist out in the future. The cable connection from the outside antenna cable is covered under the equipment warranty, so please contact us at 800-590-3564 and we can get that replaced for you. We haven't had any issues with it in the past, so it's very possible that it was a factory defect and we'd be happy to make that right for you.
