“This did not go well. The tech arrived, started tearing out my old system until I made him stop. He then left and provided NO feedback whatsover - not a call, not an email, nothing. I had to call to get him back, whcih was difficult, especially as I wanted another tech for obvious reasons. That resulted in two follow-ups and this time Girardo took the trouble to really understand what I had contracted for. I had to pay additional charges and I still have not gotten any kind of reciept. The product may be good but the logistics and follow-up are awful. The difficulty is that I was dealing with four spearate entities - Wilson, weBoost, Ontech and Ubersignal. When troubles arose, each organzation blamed the other. Not recommended.”
