Everything went as scheduled. Installer was on time, explained what he was doing, asked us how we wanted the indoor parts placed. Went from basically no bars to 2-3 bars after it was up and running.

I am surprised by the difference in signal that I’m receiving. I was expecting a one to two bar increase - over the zero I was getting indoors most of the time. However, the installer was able to pin down a tower that resulted in a 3-5 bar increase - depending on whether the device is AT&T or Verizon. Prior to this, even with WiFi calling I constantly had dropped calls and very poor connection, but devices from the aforementioned providers are much less susceptible to dropped calls and quality issues. However, the coverage indoor is rather small, so I plan on picking up a few more, and hopefully receive similar outcomes from those devices as well as other providers - particularly T-Mobile. One note, if you have a multilevel house, let the agent scheduling the installation that you may need a 40ft ladder. My initial installation appointment was a couple of days after the item arrived but was unable to proceed due to the need of a 40ft ladder. The installed device is barely noticeable and the antenna looks rather nice. Overall great experience and I will buy again.

We have been using the weboost for about 1 week and so far no dropped calls. I was hoping for a stronger signal but even with one bar we are still not getting dropped calls. Definitely an improvement.
