“We still have not resolved the many issues,I have to purchase and install antenna mast,and drill more holes in walls.The cost and time keeps going up.I still have only one bar on my phone when I move 10' from the inside antenna.So far I am not impressed,especially for the money spent,and the large coax is unsightly in our living space.Sorry,Yours David Trupiano (PDP)”

“We just got cell phone signal due to new distant tower and had one Bar signal strength at the dock intermittently ..if I set phone on chair and wait ,it will find .. After install of the new system ,I have full strength signal inside cottage ...could not have asked for more ..At install, I used a flagpole and a deck umbrella stand, to move my directional antenna around outside cottage in many different locations until I found the greatest signal ....the heavy cable and 75ft length actually allowed install on dock for the best location away from everything . Not sure with the openness of the water and possibly the receiving signal bounces across water or not ..but works best at dock .....place the cable from external directional antenna to booster box inside plastic pipe and buried it 45 centimeters ..to the cottage .. ..placed the inside antenna at back of cottage facing out to deck so we can enjoy the reception outside also. Before I purchased, I had a great discussion with the help desk and pointed me to the right product for my situation ..this person had great knowledge of product selection ... use them it helped me ... received product in one week and installed in a morning ..no longer going for a 20 min ATV for a call and black bears join in.. I would recommend the product ..”

“Seems to be a solid system, I live in a very rural area with mostly off network towers. The SureCall FlexPro with Yagi antenna works as it is advertised the only issues i have is that it will bounce back and forth between towers trying to lock on to the best one, but I believe that has alot to do with the way the phones are configured with ATT and tower interference due to military operations near my house ( a large microwave trunked radio system and an antenna farm less than a mile away). The most important thing is I can now make a phone call from the comfort of my home ( with the exception of a few hiccups here and there) where as before signal was hit and miss (mostly miss) in my yard. I went from 1 bar or no service outside to 2 or 5 bars inside. To add to it my accommodations are all metal. In short I like the system, glad that I purchased it and the people at Uber Signal were helpful when i called to get clarification on the system before buying.”

“The FlexPro works great! Since I have WIFI here in the office location we didn't need to cover LTE so the folks at Uber Signal said why not just use a 3G amplifier and save some $'s over the Fusion-5 which was my first choice. They were right and all is good here in an area where the signal varies from -90 to -115 db even though we are 2 air miles from the nearest cell tower. I can't say enough about Dan Morin's help and patience - great customer service rep! Packaging was world class, in fact a bit overly done.
