“I received the SureCall Fusion Install signal booster promptly but it was a bit of a hassle to get an appointment to get it installed. It took over a week just to get the installers to call me back. Once the installer did show up he was very professional but unfortunately after about 6 hours of trying it did not work. Off he went with me left to pick up and pack up all parts from the booster. I called Ubersignal and got the return process going. The gentleman I talked to was very helpful and emailed me all the information to return the booster. One quick note, I ended up paying over $80 in shipping to get and return this unit. To me that's a rather costly way to find out it doesn't work. I did get my purchase price refunded to me in about 10 days. I'm not disappointed in Ubersignal but I am disappointed that I couldn't get any better service.”

“We were unable to use our booster and had to return it. The signal did not improve. The tower for our phone service was located out of range. Everyone was extremely helpful.”
