“Didn't have any affect on signal strength at all. Might have been that there wasn't a strong enough signal, but I've had just as good of luck with a simple antenna as with this device.”

Craig, I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing any benefit from the EZ4G. It is true that you need a decent existing signal at the window for the EZ4G to give you any benefit. If you would like to return the system for a refund, please give us a call at (800) 590-3564.

“It helps some. We'll see what happens in the winter when we have storms. We usually can't get a signal at all when the northeaster's come through.”

“Still on a 2G network and the signal "boost" was negligible at best. Calls still drop just not as often and the receiving end is still very "in and out", "broken" or "patchy." coverage in the room is not "even" there are only certain spots that work.”

Hello Gail, I'm sorry to hear that the EZ 4G isn't working as well as you had hoped. Make sure that you have the window unit in the window where you get the absolute strongest existing signal on your phone and that you have as much separation between that window unit and the inside coverage antenna as possible.
