ask for rma number several days ago.so i could return your product.please e mail me with RMA number.or should i just return to sender.tell me something?

I love it. Tried another brand twice, without any improvement. The SureCall fusion 4 home performed phenomenally better. This unit runs cooler and prob last much longer due to the housing being a massive heat sink. Only complaint is it seems to sometimes remain in standby mode after trying to use a data function on my phone. Still, I'm very happy with it. Thanks

Keep in mind that when using your phone, you're likely only communicating on one or two frequency bands, so it's normal for the other lights to remain on standby. This unit has made it so we now can use our cell phones inside the house. Before installing we need to go outside ans stand in the middle of the driveway to use them.

The system performs as advertised. In our metal-roofed house we went from leaning against a door or window to make a call, to 4-5 bars anywhere in the house. A wonderful improvement!
