I needed a better signal near home (in a valley with spotty AT&T coverage) as well as along certain highways. So far so good, I'm getting a better signal and less "dead zones". Installing the system is as easy as 1 2 3, I mounted the outside antenna on the trunk, the amp by itself inside the trunk, which was easy to secure by screws. Ran power underneath the seats and the inside antenna to the cubby holder (so I can tilt back and forward for better signal. Happy do far, will do a couple of trips in the next day or so; if all is well, I'll you know!

I called Ubersignal about ordering this unit. It was on sale and I was having trouble finding a quality unit under $400 until I ran across the ad for this one and I had not heard of the brand Sure Call. The representative I spoke with at Ubersignal was very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns and assured me Sure Call had quality products. Most of all, he made sure I understood that if I wasn't completely happy, I could return the unit within 30 days for a refund or I suppose a replacement or upgrade, if I was not satisfied with its performance. If you don't hear but one piece of advice that I got from the Ubersignal representative, pay attention to this one. "INSTALL THE UNIT PER THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT COME WITH IT". I have been an extra class ham operator for over 20 years so I already understand sweet spots for antennas on vehicles. Put the stock antenna as close to the center of your vehicle as possible. Trunk or top. The ground plane effect greatly improves the performance of the booster. I am working in rural Ohio and have driven in the same area for 5 months now with about 20% coverage without a booster. This unit has flipped that coverage to 80%, maybe more. I've also used it side by side with a co-worker's $500 WeBoost without a noticeable difference. I used to not bother to make calls on my ride in from work each day but now there are only a couple small areas where there is zero cell signal and they are miles apart so I have time and cell coverage to make calls now. Not to mention having Data coverage on the job. It is a really good cell phone signal booster when installed properly. Thanks Ubersignal and Sure Call.

Works very well in the area I live and work in. I was dropping class in certain spots, now I do not.

I'm happy with the booster's performance. I travel often from north TX to southeast NM and since I installed the booster I would say the cell signal is consistently 25 to 50% better. I definitely recommend this booster.

Antenna cable to short

We do have extension cables for antennas, but keep in mind that the longer the cable, the more loss you'll have, so you want to keep it as short as possible. Give us a call at (800) 590-3564 and let us know how much longer you need the cable to be and we'll find a solution for you. I apologize for the inconvenience.

The device works well in areas that had no service or one bar of Verizon. If your phone has 1x and won't dial out the system works well if your within 12" of the inside antenna. Areas of no service it's spotty. I would recommend an upgrade of external antena.
