“We don't have a very good cell signal to start with(-120). The SureCall Fusion5s didn't help much. We have to put the phone right next to the antenna to get one bar. If we move a couple of feet away from the antenna the call will drop. At the price of this unit I was hoping for a better signal.”

“We have a house in rural Alaska. We are 30 miles from a main tower in town. There are a few towers on the highway, but nothing close to us gives us strong signals. Inside the house at times we have up to 2 bars, and often no service. On the front porch we sometimes have 1-3 bars depending. Sometimes no service at all. We bought this system and once it was in place and have not even tweaked it yet, we had 5 bars at the time we turned it on, max signal. Its gone down to 1-2 at times but since we had it on for 2 weeks while there we never lost service. The day I unplugged it to leave my phone went from 2 bars in the basement(antennae upstairs) to no service as soon as I unplugged the unit. Very happy so far with the system”

“The system was easy to install, a buddy of mine and myself did it one Saturday afternoon. I installed it in my steel shop building. Prior to installing it, all of my younger friends would stand by the windows to get cell service on their smart phones. Now I get twice as many bars as I do outside the building. I should have done it years ago.”

“I am in a very rural area. One cell tower 3 miles away. We went from 1-2m speed to 10-15m after the install. Pretty simple install. Very nice, quality system.”

“It work like it should right out of the box. All components easy to install. I didn't even have to adjust antenna, it was correctly positioned the first try.”

“The interior range drops off very quickly. In the immediate vicinity of the antenna, I receive 4-bars. Once you're one or two rooms away, it drops down significantly 1 to 2-bars. Will probably have to add a second antenna in the future.”

Thanks for your review and I'm sorry to hear you're not getting as large of a coverage area as you were expecting. Make sure that all of the dials are turned all the way up and if you get warning lights, call us for help troubleshooting. We also recommend re-aiming the outside antenna which you can read about here: http://www.ubersignal.com/how-to-aim-yagi-directional-outside-antenna. If neither of those help, give us a call for additional troubleshooting.

“I had purchased a booster for a couple hundred bucks on amazon and it was junk. This unit will cost more, but it works. I did a temporary mount while I evaluated the unit, but it didn't take long before I decided it was the real deal and now I have normal phone and internet in my house. The customer service at ubersignal is second to none. I've had to make a couple of calls and I have yet to have a bad customer service experience.”
