“Unimpressed with the build quality of this screen. I understood that this was the equivalent variant (same name/size etc) which I purchased 3 years ago elsewhere, but the glass is frosted not clear. The previous version had a more sturdy wall bracket and the glass was sandwiched between steel hinges fixed to a bar which was then screwed to the bracket. With this version the glass is only secured by small screws top and bottom to allow the glass to rotate, then the inner and outer brackets are secured to each other by 3 further screws ie no strong hinge! I would not recommend it. Delivery as advertised and competitive price by this company.”

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the screen. I can't really comment on whether this is the same as an older one that you had without the details of the earlier purchase so I can only deal with the issue of the new one. We do obviously take this feedback seriously and if you can contact our customer service team with images and details of the screen you have I will speak with the manufacturer regarding the issue and see what can be done. In terms of the frosting on the glass, this is actually something you can select as an option which I can see you opted for on this order.
