“As I purchased the 900 wide door and optional 1400 side panel, I received 2 separate boxes and 2 lots of installation instructions. While the quality of the product is very good and we are very pleased with the "minimalistic" look of the door and panel, Crosswater really need to put some effort into their instructions. The instructions that come with the panel only describe how to install the panel. The instructions that came with the door describe how to fit both the door and the panel, unfortunately, they don't mention wider panels, like the one we had and so ignore the use of the required stabilizer bar. It is therefore necessary to pick out bits from both sets of instructions to understand how the panel is fitted. It isn't rocket science, but the quality of the diagrams could be improved - some diagrams don't make it clear where important measurements should be taken, unless you use a magnifying glass to view the "zoom-in" and use common sense. Crosswater have followed the standard method of using pictures only to avoid the language barrier, however, in places, words would have clarified certain tasks! So, great door and panel supplied with installation instructions that could be MUCH better.”
