Whitening is an active process and does vary in results from person to person depending on starting point, condition of teeth and lifestyle factors. Depending on the desired result, some people may require a second box. You could also use our whitening toothpaste and mouthwash in conjunction with our strips, to optimise results and to avoid smoking, tea, coffee, wine and rich foods such as curries.

I am only half way through the treatment but very happy with the results. My teeth are a few shades lighter already. I drink lots of coffee so I had some staining on teeth. They look very clean now.
