“Unfortunately, I still have not received my order #243120UK & #244651UK in full. I've received two whitening pens that have been sent separetly by yourselves, but no toothpaste and no whitening strips. I will not be using you again & will be informing people of the same when I receive the next update from yourselves on Facebook! You need to ensure your warehouse know exactly what order they should be sending to customers... An email from Fiona on 28/03/2024 said that my missing items would be sent but still nothing has arrived and it now the 05/04/2024. Regards Pam Longster”
