“I feel as thought there’s a marked difference in the quality of the product I received vs ones I’ve purchased in the past. I feel as though there’s a difference in the standard of product, the brush bristles feel soft and cheap, and my teeth don’t feel properly cleaned after use. The plastic cover that covers the brush head is certainly worse quality, the plastic is thin and easily breakable (mine already has). There’s now a gap at the back that was never there. This product is too expensive to arrive and then feel like bad quality in my opinion.”
