“While very smartly packaged and explained so far t have found even the slow speed causes vibration to the teeth .You have to be careful not to allow the head of the brush to contact the teeth . Otherwise very smart”

“We brought 2 toothbrushes from spotlight oral care overa month ago .
Whilst we were pleased with the brushes and servic, unfortunately my own brush ceased working .
I rang oral and within one phone call I am given help and advice of how to help the trouble.
I received emails daily to see how I was going on with the toothbrush, but in the end a replacement brush was dispatched immediately.
I have now had the brush for 3 weeks and an very happy with the brushes.
I would like to thank spotlight for a wonderful service and a fast response to my trouble

“Didn't seem to work for me. Did not seem to achieve the same level of cleanliness and my breath worsened. USB type charger not very helpful. When the stem touches the other teeth there is a very annoying vibration. I am going back to an older style electric toothbrush. Could not work out how to return.”
