“Excellent customer service from this company. My toothbrush went wrong just over a year after purchasing it.. thought I didn’t stand much chance of anything being done about it as out of what I thought would be the guarantee. I gave it a try and called them up. Phone was answered immediately by a very helpful lady.. no waiting in a call queue or ‘we’ll email you back a week next Wednesday’ .. no quibble, a replacement was offered and gratefully accepted. It arrived the next day. Customer service in this country has all but disappeared… not with this company.. oh, and the toothbrush is pretty good too!”

“This is my first experience with an electric toothpaste and the Sonic Toothbrush is a winner. Love the way you divide the mouth into four parts and the toothbrush times each section. Two minutes is longer than you think! I feel my teeth are getting a great clean and expect to see an improvement over the coming weeks. The brush takes a little getting used to but it just gets better with each clean.”

“this is a game changer of a device.... first off it's beautiful, like really stunnign as a design but in terms of usabiluty and performance it's unlike any other toothbrush I've used. It times how long you need to brush for, had settings for what you want to achieve (other than a simple tooth cleaning of course) and on top if that it basically sings to you while you clean! I would recommend this Sonic toothbrush to everyone”

“I love my new sonic toothbrush. It is so gentle to my gums and I feel it cleans my teeth much better than eletric toothbrush.
Today it run out of battery so I had to finish cleaning with my old brush and to be honest, I don't think I ever want to go back. My sore gums are gone.
