“The heads don’t seem to fit the sonic toothbrush model from about 2-3 years ago. This results in the base of the toothbrush being exposed to moisture dripping down from the toothbrush head which no longer fits correctly. I have noticed black mould forming. So disgusting!! I am going to ditch my Spotlight Oral care toothbrush for another brand of electric toothbrush that I can actually buy properly fitted replacement heads for. And preferably in-store too, had to order these heads online because nowhere seems to stock them in-store anymore….”
“Unfortunately I recieved totally different replacement heads! I like your products , but in Latvia there aren't replacement heads,so it's really bad:(( I think, if you sell some device you must also to provide the customs all necessary accessories for using! In Riga it's possible to buy it only in Stockmann shop, but there aren't anymore. I spent my time and my money by waiting your delivery , but result is null!”
