“I didn't like using it, sorry. I guess I'm old fashioned and like the old toothbrush that I can push in between my teeth. that gives me a better feeling of cleanliness. This electric toothbrush bush you only lighten move across the front, back and top of your teeth and it doesn't feel like they are clean. Although I have to take your word that they are doing something. But I don't "feel" like they are doing anything at all.
Also, I hated it when the arm of the brush keeps hitting my teeth, it feels like it will knock my teeth out and it's very loud and uncomfortable.
So sorry, but its not for me! can I return the brush for a refund? I have thrown the boxes it cam in away?”

I would like to advise that our Sonic technology is different from the traditional electric toothbrush. Our Sonic vibrates at 31,000 - 50.000 reps per minute. In comparison, oscillating electric toothbrushes rotate at around 1,300 - 8,800 strokes per minute. The Sonic technology ensures that both toothpaste and oxygen reach every nook and cranny of your mouth, providing a thorough and efficient clean - this can take some getting used to at first! “Really enjoying the upgraded Sonic Pro and finding it wonderful to use. It keeps my teeth sparkling and helps to keep down the plaque. The only thing is in the promotion video it would good to make it more obvious that you can use any adapter plug such as an iPhone one with the charging base. Customer support were very helpful.”
