“Purchased from well known comparator site and decided to try spotlight than the 100% guaranteed to work Crest whitestrips. Turns out a very bad mistake. The active ingredient contains only 0.1% hydrogen peroxide which is far too low of a concentration it does absolutely nothing to whiten teeth. They provided 14 treatments (ie 28 strips, 14 upper and 14 lower) and required to be left on for 60mins for every treatment. That is alot of time spent with honestly zero difference made to the colour of the teeth. I'd foolishly purchased another set after using the 2nd treatment from the first set because of a good deal. Wanted to return the 2nd box as it was unopened then informed by their customer service the customer will have to pay for the costs of return delivery. Just avoid spotlight and use the bigger brands Crest. Please save yourself the hassle and get the Crest whitening strips instead. 100% guaranteed to work though they do costs more and has a much higher % of hydrogen peroxide which is the main ingredient to bleach the teeth. Note is harder to find as its not readily available in shops in UK nor amazon due to the higher % which exceeds EU standards. They can be found in etsy.”

Whitening is an active process and does vary in results from person to person depending on starting point, condition of teeth and lifestyle factors. Our whitening Strips contain the highest permissible amount of active whitening ingredients. Hydrogen peroxide is clinically proven to whiten teeth. Teeth Whitening does vary from person to person due to lifestyle factors or even genetics - thin enamel will not whiten at the same rate as those with thicker enamel.
