It would have received 5 stars if it came with 2 sets of the basic attachments so more than one person can use it. Although I have since purchased an extra set.
Spotlight were badly let down by their logistics carrier (Amazon) as original product was delivered to the wrong address.
However, I dealt with Jacqui in Customer Service and she was magnificent and really helped us get a replacement sent out with a different carrier who delivered promptly!
Still getting used to using a water flosser without choking - but that's just me being an idiot!”

“I had high hopes for the Spotlight Water Flosser, but sadly, it fell far short of my expectations. Despite the sleek design and promising claims, it’s no more effective than simply swishing water around your mouth. The pressure isn’t strong enough to dislodge plaque effectively, making it feel more like a novelty than a serious dental tool. The water can feel very cold causing sensitivity in my experience. For the price, I expected far better performance. Save your money and stick to traditional floss.”
