I think i have to send some invoices to them for my time spent on chat with them. Can you please check with them what is going on and if they are not able to deliver it till tomorrow I want refund. The video on the website is quite useless and bares no resemblance at all to the reality.
It is not that easy to hold as it is large, and I keep accidentally switching modes whilst in use.
I would like it to have a "low battery" option too, like an electric toothbrush does, so that it does not peter out mid-flow.
Apart from all that, once you get used to handling it, I think it is probably very efficient and good for gum health.”
