“The wig was poorly made, and I returned it. I was advised that my requested exchange was on backorder until the end of December, and since I don't live close to any shipping facility, I wasn't able to ship it back until 3 weeks later. When I contacted the customer service person to advise that the shipment was in route and to ask about the status of my exchange, I was told that I probably wouldn't get an exchange because I didn't ship it back within 10 days. I emailed several times with the same person and she never advised me once that I had to return it within 10 days. The Haily wig has been returned and has delivered. I still have no information about whether or not my exchange request will be honored or not. I've purchased from other companies and have never had this kind of un-customer friendly attitude. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and will not order from this company again.”
