“I purchased and installed SpeedTech Lights Multi-Color Raptor visor bar in my Chevy caprice. I couldnt find and vehicle specific brackets for the caprice, so I was stuck using universals. This led to my light bar sitting a good distance away from my windshield causing massive flash back. I originally started thinking outside the box of how I could solve the flashback issue. During my research, I came across UBLs video on YouTube (I never heard of them before) and saw this gasket. So without hesitation, I ordered it. I read some of the comments before hand and decided to let the gasket sit out in my house, pushed up against my backsplash to straighten it out from the shipping before installing so I didnt have any bumps in the gasket. At first, I installed it large side down and had the bumps and immediately got frustrated because I wanted it to be perfect. After sitting there in frustration for a few minutes, I decided to rip it off, and once I did that, it dawned on me to flip it over and reinstall. I did that and bam, it was perfect. Tried and used my lights multiple times since then and it eliminates the downward flashback. It curves and bends to the curve of the glass. One side may be tight against the glass and the other side just touching, but the material bends and conforms to the curves leaving no gaps at all. If youre having downward flashback and your light is within a couple of inches from the windshield. BUY THIS PRODUCT!”
