“There are 2 star boards under your dash side by side make sure it is plugged into the right one otherwise it will not function. Andrew emailed me and finally we talked on the phone and he walked me thru the process to troubleshoot it and figured out I was in the wrong one. Fixed that and it works perfectly. Andrew went above and beyond to get it fixed. As in he reached out to me first to make sure I was happy with the product and made sure it is working. Thanks again highly recommend.”

“It is required on the Ram installation but sucks. It’s not a clean install and I have to watch several YouTube videos to figure out how to use this.”
