“The flasher switch module itself works as intended. The preprogrammed light patterns are convenient since the software is such a nightmare to use. This has to be the least user-friendly software that I’ve ever used. The video tutorials were helpful but theres limitations to the software that made it a pain to use. I may have missed certain features of the software that may negate some of my complaints. I remember it took me a while to figure out how to insert and delete tasks. Personally, I think a main menu similar to Audacity would be more user friendly and give me a better idea of what I’m doing. my biggest complaint is you can’t easily adjust how fast individual lights blink. My 2018 edge has many LED and several conventional lights. I was hoping to quickly blink the rear LED lights but maintain a steady pace on my front headlights and turn signals. I made several attempts to make that happen by modifying the preset program but ultimately ran out of time before i was able to get a program that actually worked. I'll try again next time the vehicle is in for service. I ran into an issue where Whenever the vehicle is in Drive the light pattern switches to a weird rapid flash of the headlights and completely ignores the program that i selected. Not exactly sure what happened there but when the vehicle is parked the lights work as intended and that’s fine for our application. A drag and drop move feature would be nice. Especially if i insert a task and decide i want it to happen farther down the program. Overall its worth the money but i'm not sure if we'll buy any more of these.”
