“After almost 40 years ib emergency services and considerable time spent designing lighting systems for ems, law enforcement and fire this is one of the most unique game changers I have come across. The only problem I had is that during an online chat with your customer service folks, I was assured that it is/was Plug and Play. I am far from a computer geek and maybe I don't understand that definition but I had trouble with the programming. I am still not clear how many flash patterns I may be able to get out of the unit.
