“Miriam is very inviting and approachable. She assisted with all questions and queries about my skin concerns and which products would target each concern. She carefully collated products to work hand in hand with each concern and created a skin care routine, with in detailed application times and process, for me. Can't wait for my results!”

“When I first met Jess I never put anything on my face, which is bad, because I'm super pale and have a family history of melanoma. Jess helped me realise through scans and education what my face will look like in the future without any proper care, and through her guidance and expert recommendation, I'm now following an easy but comprehensive skincare routine with some excellent Ultraceutical products. She never made me feel like an idiot for not knowing what to do (skincare newb!) and was a brilliant teacher on processes and techniques, explaining how each of the products worked together to create what is now a resilient base, plump and moisturised, with far less redness than before, protected with SPF everyday(!), and pretty much no instances of reaction to creams (which I used to get anytime I put anything on my face). Had I not met Jess, I'm sure I wouldn't be in the same position now, geared up to age gracefully and minimise wrinkles, and armed with the knowledge I now have. I'm forever grateful, and a convert to proper skincare, and will continue to consult with her as long as she'll have me as a client. Jess is my hero. Love her to bits.”

“The cylindrical shaped pump bottle looks luxe and is comfortable to use, dispensing the serum with ease and without any bacterial transfer. The serum is a creamy off white/beige colour, with a gorgeous mild sandalwood scent. After cleansing, I apply this to my face at night and let it absorb into my skin for a few minutes before applying a moisturiser over it. Being a retinol serum, I was worried it would cause irritation but I've finished an entire bottle of this and can attest that I never experienced any sensitivity, redness itching or peeling of my skin using this product. Consistent use of this serum every night has smoothed out the fine lines on my forehead and around my eye area. My skin looks brighter, plumped out and youthful, giving my face a lit-from-within glow. I've noticed I use less makeup to cover and conceal imperfections now because its just either not there anymore or been minimized. I would say the Ultra A serum is well worth the high price tag because with nightly use, it lasts 4-5 months and gave me visible results. I have since moved on to a higher concentration of this product as recommended by my skin consultant. Note use retinol products only at night and a high spf during the day.”

“This the second time I am do virtual with Miriam , she is very kind , and then I have problem when we do virtual , she give solution to video call to me and then she always answer well what I ask and also her give a good advice to my skin .that way I give 5 star and I really stasfied with her .”
