“The serum is a clear, viscous liquid with no added fragrance. I gently apply a pump onto freshly cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area. It sinks in and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue or tacky feeling. I wait a few minutes for the serum to absorb (usually brush my teeth) and then follow up the serum with a moisturiser with a high spf. I have finished up an entire bottle of the Even Skintone Serum Mild and I can attest that it has successfully softened fine lines on my forehead and faded away post acne pigmentation on my cheeks. It has also visibly shrunk pores on my nose and sides of nose. The pores are still there, just a lot smaller and less noticeable than at baseline. With consistent use of the serum, my skin looks smoother and brighter and, as a result, I don't have to spend as much time using makeup to conceal and hide imperfections. A bottle of this lasts a while and with the amazing results I've gotten with this, I would highly recommend it to everyone. I have since moved on to the higher concentration of this serum as advised by my skin consultant.”

“I have used so many products over the years, even spent way to much for some, but never had anyone explain in depth the why and how to use each product like Vanessa explained to me through our zoom consultation. I found the whole experience so easy and convenient. I'm super excited to start my new products and feel so confident that I'll see results. Also having our booked follow up skin consultation is a bonus!”

“Jess is warm, super friendly and makes me feel comfortable. During our consultations I feel like I'm catching up with an old friend! Very knowledgeable and has been helpful when I have asked questions or wanted to know more about a particular thing. I don't feel rushed, pressured or made to feel silly especially since I'm quite new to skin care. I have loved working with Jess so we can find routine/products that work for me and my skin. Thanks so much Jess!”

“My usual salon was closed over Christmas and I was repurchasing some products and randomly decided to do the online skin consult. I am SO glad I did this!! I was feeling so confused about what products to use and what would actually help my skin. Jess is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and is so patient. She really takes the time to understand your concerns and recommend the best products and routine based on your needs. My skin is loving having a routine that is actually designed to improve it instead of an assortment of random products I'd accumulated. I've always struggled with my skin confidence and thought I'd never have nice skin but from working with Jess I have hope again and feel like one day I may actually like my skin (which is a big deal for me!). The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I'm still working on my skin and haven't got there yet but I've also been slowly introducing ultraceuticals products so this is most likely my doing anyway! I can't fault Jess's service, knowledge and just all round lovely personality relaxed”

“I have been using ultraceuticals for 6 years and wanted to get the most out of my skin care regimen for my upcoming wedding. Vanessa was amazing at tweeking my current routine, advising on how best to apply the products and giving me some tips for how to get the most out of ultraceuticals. I don't know why I hadn't considered having an online consultation sooner. I had previously only an in salon consult prior to this but I found this consult to be far more beneficial as you really learn about the order to apply the product, how to apply the product and what benefits that you should see. I would highly recommend doing this even as an avid ultraceuticals user I found it so beneficial actually I prefer this to an in salon consult as you can do this from your desk at a convenient time to you. Highly recommend.”
