“Already written to you months ago regarding my extreme annoyance after handwashing my pillow cover and it shrinking to only three quarters of its size. Your reply was that we could buy another cover from you. I suggested to you at the time that I could find nothing to say not to wash the cover and that because of the extra large size of your pillow you should provide a suitable case to keep it clean or put a warning clearly visible NOT TO WASH. At the moment we have your pillows in 2 separate cases which is not ideal and just doesn't feel right. Because of this and your lack of empathy when I got in touch I will not be giving you a good rating.”

Dear Anita, I am sorry to hear about your cover shrinking in the wash. They contain organic wool and be washed and many customers do wash them. But it needs to be washed cold to avoid shrinking and because the washing is beyond our control we cannot take responsibility for it. There is a sticker on the bag it comes in and advice on our FAQ page too you must have missed that which can happen of course. We can provide new covers though and we supply them at manufacturing cost plus postage. Kind regards, Your Una team.

“Lovely pillow - it’s quite chunky so we have divided it in 2 (as we bought it for our 4 year old who refused his old ‘baby’ pillow. It’s lovely soft & great knowing he’s not sleeping on any toxic chemicals. We’ll be buying more again soon.”

“Really great pillow - you can mould it to give support where you need it. Only draw back is if you're sensitive to smells, the latex does have quite a strong aroma (and there is a bag of lavender included in the delivery)”

“Already have one and purchased this for xmas for partner. You aren't breathing in damaging chemicals all night. What's not to like. My headaches have lessened substantially in the time I have been using mine.”

“This pillow is heavenly, we have two - I like sleeping on just one of the inner pillows, my husband likes to lie on both though. I have made a second body pillow out of the second inner pillow I wasn't using - fantastic!”

“This pillow is superbly supportive and comfortable. The pillow has 2 inner pillows inside of different thicknesses, so that you can adjust the height to suit you. We actually took out the thinner inner pillows out and use them separately inside another pillow cover. The pillow is on the larger side. It is easy to shake out and reshape. I probably would have liked the two inner layers to un-zippable so that I could customise and adjust the thickness of the layers myself, because for perfection I would have made the big layer a bit less bulky. Other than that, this is the best pillow I have ever owned by a mile.”
