“Product exactly as described and works great. I ordered x2 and recieved both. I was a little concerned that they might not be compatible to fast charge my S8 - as it doesn't work with all cables -but my fears were unfounded. I ordered by standard delivery Royal Mail and it took longer than expected, through no fault of TradeNRG UK. When I called them to chase and emailed them, they responded and offered to replace or refund if it did not arrive the next day but it did! They followed up offering the same again. Very professional. I was a little surprised at what was said in other reviews regarding this because in my experience their response was faultless. I'd happily use TradeNRG UK again but I would recommend choosing something other than "Royal Mail Standard Delivery" if you are in a rush. I wasn't, so it was no issue.”
