“More than a week after ordering I still had not received my watch batteries, so I sent an email asking where they were. They said the package was posted and should have reached me by now, so it must have been lost in the post. They said they would send out replacement batteries straight away. Nearly a week has passed and these haven't arrived either. I sent yet another email enquiring where they were. Their reply was to check at my local post office as the package is quite small and maybe it's been missed. I've ordered countless items online and all have arrived (both small and large packages). Maybe the problem is at TradeNRG despatch location???”
