“Product never received was told it was an route but then had messages to say it had been samag3d and returned to sender. Refund made with no offer of replacement being sent. Full refund seems to have been processed (need to check) but would have preferred option to have product. Was buying to use on holiday and currently away so didn't receive before and now know not getting. Not a good start to use company in the future!!!!!”
