“Really bad service and a waste of my time. Website says they ship internationally so I purchased an item I’ve been looking for. They came back to me a week later saying that Royal Mail doesn’t ship internationally!! I can’t believe that as I receive items from Royal Mail on a regular basis. The fact that I’m paying for the shipping puzzles me even more. I’ve asked do they ship to Ireland which they said they don’t which absolutely dumbfounded me. Again I’m paying for the shipping and have received items in Ireland as well as the Middle East through Royal Mail. I’ve asked what countries they do ship to as their website states they ship overseas! I’m still waiting on an answer really bad service and false advertising. Quit wasting peoples time, your shouldn’t be in buyif you can’t back it up!!”

Order arrived with wrong batteries. The package label listed the ordered batteries, but unfortunately they were not in the package. I immediately sent an email via the 'contact us' link with a photo. Five days later and I have still to receive a reply!.
The fact there is no contact number makes it impossible to contact them any other way.”
