NOTE: these are "Made in Indonesia" and not "Swiss Made" as advertised. I complained and requested that the Swiss made batteries be sent instead, but they don't have these and offered a partial refund, which I have accepted.
I've nothing against Indonesian products and will use the batteries, but I feel that the Web page should have been corrected with the correct product information/photos in the 2 weeks since they acknowledged my initial email complaint.

“Ordered 4 pack, only recd 2 pack. Did not get replies to emails until PayPal got involved, then eventually recd another 2 batteries.
If the original supply was a genuine error, why did my emails get ignored?”
“I purchased 2 Renata 395 watch batteries, the order was delivered promptly when I opened them one was completely flat,and the other one only lasted 2-3 days then went flat, I went on their website and talked to someone on line who asked for a order number which I didn’t have he then said he looked up my email for my order and said he would send 2 more but none have arrived”
