“This was my first order from Ocado. The driver was friendly and helpful. Sadly the packer of my shopping left a lot to be desired. My domestos was packed in the same carrier as my flour which still smells of domestos 12 hours later and my comfort was packed in the same carrier as my rice. None of these items are fit to eat now. 10 out of 10 for the driver. 2 out of 10 for the packer. Sadly this has meant a low rating for Ocado.”

“Have not had batteries yet but have had e mail saying they had been damaged in transit by courier I replied please send again as soon as possible. But I am still waiting!! Photo shows no batteries.”
