“the course duration was so long compared to what we learned. we didn't get our makeup kits on time and we ended up doing makeup all day for most days. we didn't get taught much makeup-wise with techniques as well, it wasn't very engaging at the beginning of my studies, and I feel it wasn't worth the money and a waste of time.”
“Overall it was okay. Attendance is valued way more than academics, which I think should be the priority. My class had one of the highest academics on campus but was constantly singled out because of our attendance. Trainers treated us different once this happened. Some trainers were very unprofessional, one claiming covid wasn't real and another saying that one of the students wasn't going to get anywhere in life (which she didn't even say to her directly, she told students in another class. She only found out because one of the students from that class told her.) The campus says they value our mental health but doesn't consider it a real excuse to be at home, even when people are at our lowest. There are barely any supplies needed on campus. Overall, it needs to be restocked and the staff need to be more professional. If it wasn't for this my experience would've been much more enjoyable.”
