“Wow. This unit is a lot of wow. I am running the SUTZ into the MM input of a PrimaLuna Evo 100 Phonostage. I love the full sound of that phonostage, and adding the SUTZ immediately reduced the MC stage tube hum. But it does something else that I really wasn't expecting - it dramatically drops the groove noise and it brings more dynamic punch to every record I put on. To my ear, this isn't just the blacker background offered by an SUT but feels like the transimpedance design of the SUTZ has really unleashed the potential of my cartirdge in a new way, allowing it to perform differently in the absence of a dampening load.
