“Replaced JBL studio control monitors with Sopra 2s as part of a four speaker configuation that includes Focal 948s which always sounded great but came alive immediately when the 90db sensitivity JBLs were replaced with the 92db sensitivity Sopras. After the break in period the Sopras rewarded with expanded midrange, seamless reproduction throughout the frequency spectrum, and super tight bass. Drive the system with a Manley Stingray II, and all analogue Icon Audio pre-amp and Prima Luna DAC, could not be happier!”
