“Hello USA, After watching Upscale/Rel review I was so impressed in March 2024, without trying I bought a new ex demo 212sx £3000 plus base line blue cable £299. This is the most effective upgrade I've ever done. It brings night club levels of beautiful bass to my hifi experience. Wow factor, truly jaw dropping. Listening to Trivium, Ramstein, Within Temptation, Queensryche, Metallica, Dream Theatre , Five finger Death Punch is such a massively hard hitting listening experience. Realistic chest punching room filling bass. Listen/watch to Guetta, Daft Punk etc the bass is just incredible. My simple system is all ex demo bought back in 2008. Musical fidelity A308 cd, A308 integrated, A308 power amp all JS Audio upgraded in 2019, jamo concert D870, isotek titan and nordost/clearer audio cable. Cheers England (UK)”

“Great addition to my system. After getting them dialed in made a great impact on all music tried, however really improves piano and all larger acoustical instruments like double bass, cello and guitar. If you are considering a major upgrade in speakers you owe it to yourself to see how good your current speakers can sound with really good subs. This is my first experience with subs and the help of Clay at REL and Kat at Upscale Audio was indispensable. Had a very long phone conversation with Clay and several long detailed discussions via email about subs in general and strengths of each model. Decided to go with a pair of 212/SX as best upside potential. After getting them in really impressed with the fit and finish and even the packaging is a cut above. I am in my 60"s and due to the superb packing was able to setup these 125 pound subs by myself. I found the material on the REL website very helpful and the PS Audio loudspeaker setup guide and disc was also very helpful in getting them dialed in. The results are well worth the effort to get the subs properly placed and adjusted. Cannot say enough good thing about REL or Upscale Audio. I have made several other large upgrades with them over the last 15 months or so and each has been great.”

“One of the better upgrades I have made to my system. First experience with subwoofers and after hearing the results would suggest if you do not have subs consider adding them. Would also say they should be tried with your system before any speaker upgrade. The subs made major impact on reproduction of piano in particular and all acoustic instruments in general. The impact heard across wide spectrum of music genre. My speakers have very good bass and very fast and dynamic and had some concern that subs may negatively affect that; that concern was misplaced, all that was improved by the subs. I was really impressed with the quality and thought that went into the packaging. I am in my 60’s and due to their packaging was able to set them up by myself. The fit and finish is just spectacular. Clay with REL was very helpful with advice on product selection and subs in general. Kat with Upscale was also very helpful on this matter as well as some earlier analog upgrades ( phono stage, turntable and cartridges). All very good people and first rate service, they have my highest recommendation. If you take your time with setup you will be rewarded. Sure similar resources are out there, but found the PS Audio loudspeaker setup Guide with SCAD disc of great help.”

“After getting the 212/SX dialed in, all I can say is that it is amazing! It never draws attention to itself but the improvement in the fullness and making the soundstage wider and deeper are breathtaking. I am using this with a PrimaLuna Dialogue HP integrated amp and Tannoy Turnberry GR loudspeakers. My last subs, from a well known company, sounded pretty good but the REL takes my system to the next level! Thank you Upscale Audio for always being honest and giving great advice!”
