“Exceeded my expectations. The Aries G1 replaced an Oppo BDP105 whose age was showing. Not only does the Aries G1 add the functionality of internet radio, qobuz and more that was missing in my Oppo, it made an immediate and obvious improvement in audible performance. Soundstage depth, width and height is improved along with front to back resolution, improved bass performance, greater resolution and articulation and extremely smooth mids and highs. The better your system, the more you will appreciate this highly resolving network solution. It's a great streamer.”

“Excellent product which does exactly what it is designed to do - with aplomb. This unit replaced a (relatively) aged Auralic Aries Femto which had given up the ghost (kaput). My Aries G1 is MUCH faster rescanning a very large NAS-based music library than the old one. The transaction with Evan and the setup help he offered were top-class. Thank you Evan, Kevin and Upscale Audio “not just for tubes anymore”!”

“Amazing sounding digital transport. A definite step up in every way from my previous node 2i. Pair it with a great DAC and you're good to go. Built in Wi-Fi is a huge plus for me and sounds amazing with no drop outs. Lightning DS app is great. Sound quality is mind blowing and rivals my analog set up.”

“Sound and convenience are stunning even through WiFi. The only improvement I would suggest would be a a better users guide and a more intuitive Lighting DS App. Other than that it’s a home run!”
