“The less than $200 cost of installing two Brimar 12AU7 tubes in my Rogue Audio RP-5 preamp has resulted in what sounds like a $2,000+ system upgrade. These “Brimar beauties” are better balanced and provide improved music detail than the very acceptable included tubes. My modest Revel f206 speakers now deliver more bass and lower mid-range response than I had thought possible. Overall, my system has an enhanced sonic quality that has made the Brimar 12AU7 tubes a great choice. It’s also important to note that Tamara and John set the standard for great customer service by expeditiously resolving an order processing snag.”

“My first experience with tube rolling. Bought a pair of these for my PrimaLuna Dialog Premium HP Integrated and replaced the stock gain tubes (front 2). Wasn't sure what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised with what I heard. It's not that it sounded so much 'different', it's like there was more of what I already loved about the HP. Maybe a slightly enhanced midrange, maybe a slightly smoother top end - it's hard to describe but very enjoyable to listen to. I loved my PrimaLuna with the stock tubes, but after hearing the Brimars, I'm not going back.”

“Rogue ST-100 My system was sounding a little clinical and I needed a 12au7 to help smooth off the sound a little and create a more realistic, deep and engaging sound stage. These did the trick. Shipment came on time, great condition, etc. Thanks”
