“Yeah it’s like I upgraded my whole system really amazing every single thing got better from top to bottom - front to back and detail beyond - by a lot - more refined deeper bass - warm and luscious tones all around that seem have more hang time and texture than before with the stock Psvane. I used these in the PS Audio M1200 input stage. Didn’t lose any slam or dynamics they may have improved slightly. Fun Times!”

“I can feed the immediate change on high end and mid tones when I replace the stock tube. I also tried Psvane 12AU7-T Mark Ⅱ which is way too bright for my taste. Brimar just has the right balance between airy highs and punchy bass. It refines the edge of highs and everything sounds smooth and pleasant. I never felt listening fatigue and this is so amazing. “Initially shipped with defective tube that had had an air leak. Randall arranged for a replacement. These tubes combined with a previously purchased Brimar 12AX7 produced a beautiful euphonic preamp section for my EL34 based integrated. Very happy, and hope they last thousands of hours.”

“Love them, I changed some interconnects, new dac and the center tubes in my Primaluna and the sound is just unbelievable. I honestly can`t say which component was the most responsible for the increased soundstage and dynamics but hey, the synergy is awesome so I`m happy and for an audiophile that is no small feat!”

“I put these in a Primaluna Dialogue Premium and now consider them a necessary addition. Everything changed for the better, the already superb qualities of this preamp are burnished by these tubes. They allow me to see more deeply into the music (Jazz,Blues,RB) and feel the artists' intent more fully. I could go on but the point is this a game changing, sound upgrade for an already special component. Highly recommended.”

“I bought this tube to use in my Rogue Audio CM III integrated amp. Sounded great until it died.........lasted less than 100 hours. The soundstage opened up nicely and I really enjoyed the new sound. Very disappointing to spend $90 on a product that suffered a premature death. Tubes are like a box of chocolates.....you never know what you're going to get. The one star is for the quick death. For sound I would give it 4 stars.....maybe 5 if I had more time to listen to it.”

We apologize that the Brimar you paid for is having issues in your Rogue Amp. Tubes and tube circuits can sometimes be unpredictable, which is why we offer a 90-day warranty on all tubes, and unfortunately, you are several months out of the period. We strongly recommend that you put a lot of hours on the tube early (some customers choose to just leave the amp on for the first few days), and if it does fail within 90 days, we happily send out a replacement. Luckily, due to our stringent testing, this happens very rarely, but as you say, tubes can be a bit of a box of chocolates!
